Units & Servings

A short note on how the recipes are measured and portioned.

Units

Recipes are written in metric (grams and millilitres), with US cup measurements provided as approximate equivalents. Where possible, weighing ingredients gives the most reliable result.

Servings

Most recipes are designed for one, unless otherwise stated. They scale comfortably — simply multiply ingredients for two, three or four. Cooking times stay broadly the same.

Nutritional values

Calorie and macro estimates are calculated using the NutraCheck app and should be treated as a guide. Brands, cuts and exact portions will vary slightly from kitchen to kitchen.
