A high-fibre, high-protein breakfast that keeps you full for hours. I have this most weekday mornings — it's packed with protein, probiotics, and more than half your daily fibre.

Method

  1. 01

Mix the yogurt, kefir, chia seeds, flaxseed and inulin together in a bowl.

  2. 02

Leave overnight, or for at least ten minutes, so the chia thickens slightly.

  3. 03

If using frozen cherries, place them in a small pan with a splash of water, I love to add a sprinkle of pumpkin spice too which adds to the flavour and makes the cherry reduction deliciously sticky (I have a post that shows exactly how I make them and linked in stories in my insta under 'cherries').

  4. 04

Cover and heat gently for about five minutes, then remove the lid and cook for a few more minutes until the syrup thickens slightly.

  5. 05

When the chia mix is ready, spoon the cherries over the top, sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve.
