Finding Balance ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the app and website at findingbalance.online, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you choose to subscribe, we also collect billing details which are processed and stored by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
Authentication & account management
We use a third-party authentication provider to securely manage sign-up, sign-in and password reset. Your password is never visible to us in plain text. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, information such as your name, email, billing address and card details is shared with Stripe under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive only the subscription status and a customer reference — never your full card details.
Analytics & app usage
We may collect basic, anonymised usage data (such as which pages are visited and broad device type) to help us improve the app. This data is not used to identify individual users and is not sold to third parties.
How we use your information
We use your information only to provide and improve the service: managing your account and membership, processing payments, sending essential service emails, and responding to support enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
